In December 2024 alone, Turkey sold 212,637 properties, marking a 53.4% increase compared to December 2023.

Total Property Sales in 2024

Turkey recorded a total of 1,478,025 property sales throughout 2024, reflecting a significant 20.6% increase compared to the previous year.

Top Turkish Cities for Real Estate Sales in 2024

Istanbul: Leading the market, Istanbul sold 239,213 properties, securing its position as the most popular city for real estate investments.
Ankara: The Turkish capital sold 134,046 properties, taking the second spot.
Izmir: Izmir ranked third, with 80,398 properties sold across its diverse neighborhoods.

Cities with the Lowest Property Sales in 2024

Ardahan: Only 755 properties were sold.
Hakkari: Investors purchased 985 properties.
Bayburt: Recorded 999 property sales throughout the year.
