The Üsküdar district mixes Istanbul’s present and its past, as it is considered one of the oldest areas of Istanbul at all, overlooking the Bosphorus from the Asian side of the city, and it has many tourist and cultural attractions, all service and entertainment facilities, and a wide transportation network. Recently, many residential complexes with modern features gained vivid views of the Bosphorus, the Marmara Sea and the Princess Islands, in addition to other views of the Beykoz forests.
